About the Organizer
Hi, I’m Andi.
My husband Joe is a U.S. Navy veteran who joined American Legion Amboy Tum Tum Post 168 about a year and a half ago after attending the annual Windhaven Ride for Veterans. From the very beginning, we both felt genuinely welcomed — not just as members, but as part of a community.
Since then, we’ve become very active in supporting the Legion Family here in Amboy. Joe currently serves as Post Adjutant, American Legion Riders Secretary, Sons of The American Legion Adjutant. I serve as Chaplain for our American Legion Riders chapter and assist with maintaining the Post website.
Outside of the Legion, I volunteer teaching preschool Sunday School at Crossroads Community Church in Vancouver. I'm also Secretary for a local archery club in Vancouver, Chinook Archers. I’m a mom to two boys (ages 14 and 6) and work from home as a graphic designer and webmaster.
We care deeply about this Post and believe forming an Auxiliary unit would strengthen the work already being done for veterans, families, and our community.
